What if I struggle to install the product?

In 10+ years of shipping products internationally no one yet had left with a product not installed. We will help you by emails, we will help you remotely by Teamviewer accessing your desktop and equipment and we will use all modern means of communication to get your ordered device work. That’s what we do, and will continue to do!

How much costs ship my product to my country?

Again depends on quantity, type of product and country to ship. We are always analyzing best shipping quote at the current moment. Like for example if at current moment ship to your country DHL is better than TNT, then we choose it, or vice versa.

How do you ship goods? Can I track my shipment online?

Depends on size of order. For a smaller shipment if we ship by DHL, TNT, Fedex or EMS (a good and cheap way to ship from Taiwan), then yes, you can track them online. However, you are not limited to those choices. Savvy customers and system integrator like to use freight forwarders who ship goods to airport only and that can save your costs if shipments are more heave than 40 – 50 km. We strive to provide best quality of units in a market, and employ sophisticated Quality Control procedures. But well, it sometimes happens though, it’s active equipment after all. Something get’s broken, and especially for a fiber optical access equipment, that get’s used in some cases really rough conditions. But no worries, we will sort this out. Below you will find more description on how & what, and why questions answered, but basically before you delve into the details we want you remember that:

During a first year of warranty, we will cover shipping back of repaired goods to your country;
During next years 2nd and 3d, we repair units, but you need cover shipping at both sides.

Warranty Conditions The above Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty extends only to products sold by AD-net Technology, CO., LTD. Please contact us, if you have a product for a repair.
This warranty covers only normal use of the equipment. AD-net Technology, CO., LTD shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized AD-net Technology, CO., LTD representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking, or other non-recommended practices.
You must retain your commercial invoice, shipment receipt or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service. Even the e-mail with conversations you did with us will be OK. We are at your side, but we need know when and how you purchased product.
No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
AD-net Technology, CO., LTD and its Authorized Service Center accepts no responsibility for any third party software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to AD-net Technology, CO., LTD.
All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non-AD-net Technology, CO., LTD software vendor’s term and conditions provided with the packages.
This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems.
AD-net Technology, CO., LTD makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party software.

Equipment installed in not appropriate places, exposed to wet & even direct contact to water.
Over voltage and not stable power mains
Optical lasers with high distance used on very short distance – this can reduce lifetime of optical modules
Indoor equipment installed semi-outdoors. Non-heated non-attended places.

I have no doubt about buying ad-net product as long as I get positive response to clarifications I raised about my design and the product I intend making use among AD-NET series. Reliability of installed units and extremely low failure rate, in fact I have never experienced a failed units among the ones installed two years ago and even the ones installed 8-10months have been performing as expected. Like for example for the E1 converters it’s the reliability, but the product can move further if it can be designed to be IP based for management purposes. By experience I know AD-NET product is as good as buy, install and sleep as long as it fits the design for which its procured. I am in the business of spreading the good news of AD-NET reliability and effectiveness where others fail or might fail.

Before I ordered products my most concern was quality of the product, not sure whether it will be able to work in our current network. But as a result quality product as opposed to what we have expected and the device is up to standard. What I like most is video transmission over single-strand fibre, cost saving solution. We are a Calling Card (VoIP) Service Provider. We serve corporate customers, some customers uses FO-link to connect the gateway in their site to our server site. In some cases we need to have Ethernet connection between 2 locations, with the distance of 2 location more then 100 m. So, we were considering to use your product to solve it. This device only need twisted pair cable, quite easy to find it, and the features is fulfill our need. Basically we would recommend it to others, but we need more experiences to use this device.

We are searching product top extend existing analog video network. Adding new cables for IP camera is very expensive and we would like to find new solution to reuse existing cables. Our main concern before we placed order was if it will work, and if the power supply will be able to cope with unstable generator power. Also high temperature and humidity which is a problem in Liberia. I find that the product does what is says, and I am very happy thus far, we had instances where power supplies on the LAN extender did blow unfortunately, we use the LAN extenders to feed our remoter sites of 3 to 5 machines, and it seems to work fine as a “Link”, not just a single machine device. It is plug and play, no complex configurations is needed, thus making it a reliable fast temporary link when we have fibre breakages or fibre module failures. Robust and like I said, very simple and easy to implement. Yes I would recommend it to others, especially for remote offices where there is existing telephone cable infrastructure, also a cheaper solution to Fibre links for less than 5 machines, so in the long run a big saving not having to have fibre equipment, cables and splicing.
