We have preliminary noted the source where it could be produced and who tries to sell it, and legal issues and other measures will be taken against those, but we would like our valued partners and end users who did not purchased goods directly from us note this fact and inform us immediately if there’s any doubts that equipment is really made by us. Counterfeited items we had been informed that are in use now are E1 – Ethernet converters, 4E1 fiber multiplexers and 16E1 convergence converter, but there can be more.
How you can spot non-genuine AD-net product?
– It’s overall outlook, and quality is not perfect, it works unstable.
– Management system does not works very well, some features do not work
– Importing distributing agent is providing very bad support, or no support at all, no help for configuring items Last point usually will be a key point when you can suspect a problem that you have been provided with non-genuine products. How can you help us fight against them?
– Please inform about any doubts you have. This is especially important if you did not purchase product directly from us.
– Provide us pictures and serial numbers of unit so we can check if that was made by us and products are real.
– Along with serial numbers, please provide reseller (importer) name and contact person. Your cooperation on this is very appreciated and valued by us!
